All participants will be required to provide some personal information during the online registration process. The collecting of this information is neccessary for the safety and wellbeing of the participant during the event and for the purposes of communicating with the participants concerning the Dartmoor Classic. All information will be collected, stored and processed in accordance with GDPR.
Each participant (or in the case of young persons, their parent or guardian) is responsible for the accuracy of their personal records within the entry system. If you move house, change your phone or email address, please make sure you remember to update your entry via

We will use the contact information you provide to keep you updated regarding the Dartmoor Classic. We will not use your contact information for any other purpose and we will not supply your details to any third party unless it is essential for the staging of the event.
Official photographers, videographers and other media professionals are used throughout the event. Photographs, videos, sound recordings, interviews and other such articles may be used or included on websites, media publications, advertising, promotional information, or other publicly accessible sources.
The event is officially timed and the results are published online. These results include your Name, Age Category (Decade), and Gender. Where a participant identifies as non-binary their medal times will be aligned to the times shown in the Men's Medal Tables for the purposes of awarding a Gold, Silver or Bronze medal.
